Configure Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2007 Hosting
1. Create a new mail profile for Outlook 2007
Start -> Control Panel -> Mail -> Show Profiles -> Click Add.
Give this profile an appropriate name like IT Solutions Now.
2. Next a window will appear to configure your mail profile (see picture below).
Choose to Manually configure server settings or additional server types.
3. Choose E-mail Service (see picture below).
Select Microsoft Exchange.

Microsoft Exchange Server: exmb01.netplexity.local
Use Cached Exchange Mode: This should be checked
User Name: Provided during your signup
Before Clicking Next, Choose More Settings.
5. Microsoft Exchange, Connection (see picture below)
Click on the Connection tab
On the Connection tab, Check Connect to Microsoft Exchange using HTTP
Click on the button titled Exchange Proxy Settings
6. Microsoft Exchange Proxy Settings (see picture below)
Use this URL to connect to my proxy server for Exchange:
https:// mail.myhostedsolution.com
Check the following:
On fast networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP
On slow networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP
Proxy authentication settings
Use this authentication when connecting to my proxy server for Exchange:

7. Choose OK -> Next -> Ok to complete the process.
